Registration Fees
• General Admission: $121
• Children (ages 3-12): $60
• Person with Down syndrome (ages 3+): $50
Hotel Accommodations
• $279 - $319 per night, plus tax (rate varies based on room occupancy)
• Youth ages 17 and under stay at no additional cost
Health & Safety
The health and safety of attendees is a priority for the National Down Syndrome Congress (NDSC). By attending the NDSC Down Syndrome Policy Summit, you agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your own health and the health of others.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Refraining from attending sessions if you are feeling unwell
- Respecting masking choices, including wearing a mask if needed
- Helping maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
- Allowing space for individuals or families who may need a quieter or less crowded area
Accommodations
NDSC is committed to ensuring that all attendees can fully participate in the Policy Summit.

Photo & Video Release
By attending the NDSC Down Syndrome Policy Summit, you grant the National Down Syndrome Congress permission to photograph, film, and record your participation. These materials may be used in NDSC publications, social media, and other communications for promotional and educational purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify NDSC staff in advance or onsite.
Refund, Transfer, Cancellation Policies
Registration fees are non-refundable after September 1, 2026.
If you need to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact Policy@ndsccenter.org as soon as possible. All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted via email by September 1, 2026. Refund or transfer requests received after this date will not be approved.
