Welcome to Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action

 Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action (DSAIA) is national membership association dedicated to strengthening local, state, and regional Down syndrome organizations. We are a community of leaders who believe in the power of connection, collaboration, and shared learning. 

DSAIA brings together hundreds of nonprofit leaders to exchange ideas, build organizational capacity, and support one another in the important work of serving individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Through training, resources, and peer engagement, we help our members lead with confidence, innovation, and impact—together.
