Are you currently enrolled or planning to enroll for Fall 2025 in a postsecondary education program? If you are not currently or planning to enroll in Fall 2025, you are not eligible to apply to this cycle of funding.

Please upload the following materials using the dropbox link:

  1. Two letters of recommendation (PDF)
  2. Video (movie file format mov, mp4)
  3. One photo (jpg or png)
  4. Proof of enrollment in IPSE (PDF)
  5. Estimate tuition for the 2025 Fall semester for the IPSE (PDF)
  6. Letter from a qualified medical professional confirming the applicant's diagnosis of Down syndrome (including any type of trisomy-21) (PDF)

You must apply online. All materials must be submitted together through the application portal. We will not accept extra materials by email. Once we receive your application, you will receive two email confirmations (one for the application and one for the file upload). If you do not receive two confirmation emails, please email info@ndsccenter.org to make sure your application was received.
