- DSAIA Circles are structured peer-mentoring groups that bring members together to learn from one another, share expertise, and build meaningful professional connections. Each Circle is made up of members who hold similar roles within their organizations and meet virtually on a monthly basis.
- With typically 6–8 participants per group, Circles provide an ideal environment for open discussion, collaborative problem-solving, and the exchange of innovative ideas. Members use this time to explore shared challenges, celebrate successes, and seek guidance on complex or unfamiliar situations—true networking at its best.
- Learning circle enrollment opens in the Fall of each year. Circles meet from January-June and then gather in person at the Leadership conference.
