College Fair Exhibitor Frequently Asked Questions

National Down Syndrome Congress College Fair is an opportunity to showcase inclusive postsecondary programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The National Down Syndrome Congress Convention is the largest annual gathering of people with Down syndrome, their families, and professionals who serve the Down syndrome community. With approximately 3000 in attendance, including 350+ self-advocates attending the Youth & Adult Conference, the event provides the perfect space to showcase postsecondary opportunities.

  • WHAT IS THE COLLEGE FAIR, AND WHO PARTICIPATES AS AN EXHIBITOR?
    The College Fair is an opportunity to showcase inclusive postsecondary programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The National Down Syndrome Congress Convention is the largest annual gathering of people with Down syndrome, their families, and professionals who serve the Down syndrome community. With approximately 3500 in attendance, including 350+ self-advocates attending the Youth & Adults Conference, the event provides the perfect space to showcase postsecondary opportunities.
  • WHERE DO I REGISTER?
    The online registration form will be found on the Convention website.
  • IS THERE A DEADLINE TO REGISTER?|
    To be listed in the Convention Souvenir Journal please register by May 1, 2026. We will keep registration open leading up to the event based on availability.
  • WHAT IS THE COST TO REGISTER AS A COLLEGE FAIR EXHIBITOR AT THE 2026 NDSC CONVENTION?
    Exhibitors must be part of an accredited community college, college, or university.
    • FEE - $75
  • WHEN WILL THE COLLEGE FAIR TAKE PLACE?
    The College Fair will take place: Saturday, July 25, 2026 - 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION FEE?
    • Your exhibitor fee will include:
      • One (1) 6-foot draped table & two chairs
      • Each booth is allowed up to (4) people
  • WHERE WILL THE 2026 EXHIBIT HALL BE LOCATED?
    College Fair will be held at the ???at the Hilton Signia. The 2026 College Fair will be centrally located, with very limited counter-programming, to allow for participation by all interested conference attendees. Note that programs participating in College Fair must be part of an accredited college or university.
  • WHAT IF I REGISTER AND THEN CANNOT ATTEND OR DECIDE I DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE AS AN EXHIBITOR?
    The NDSC Cancellation Policy is as follows:
    • A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed on any exhibitor who cancels before May 31, 2026.
    • No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026. NDSC reserves the right to cancel an exhibitor at any time if the exhibitor is deemed inappropriate for our event. A full refund will be given in this circumstance only.
  • AS A COLLEGE FAIR EXHIBITOR, CAN I ATTEND WORKSHOPS AND OTHER NDSC CONVENTION EVENTS?
    The expectation is that exhibitor booths be staffed throughout College Fair hours. All individuals planning to attend any NDSC Convention programming, including the Welcome Session and workshops must register for the convention and purchase event tickets as appropriate. College Fair exhibitors may purchase Saturday night celebration tickets, meal plan and convention t-shirts without purchasing a General Convention ticket.
  • WHAT IF I WANT TO EXHIBIT IN THE MAIN EXHIBIT HALL?
    The main Exhibit Hall is a separate event from the College Fair. The Exhibit Hall is a more open call for vendors of any type. If you meet the criteria of the other events, you are welcome to participate in other vendor opportunities as well. Keep in mind that events have overlapping times on Saturday, so plan on having someone stationed at your booth in each hall so that you don’t miss out on the exposure.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO SHIP MATERIALS TO THE HOTEL?
    As we get closer to the convention, we will post shipping instructions.
