Dr. Taryn Fletcher is a former principal, superintendent, and school turnaround leader who spent two decades inside the exact systems our parents are currently navigating. She's also a proud mom of a child with Down Syndrome, and the founder of the Empowered IEP Planning Parent community — a space built for parents who are done feeling lost and ready to advocate with confidence. She knows exactly how those rooms are designed — and how to walk into them prepared. The work it takes to advocate for and build better systems isn't theoretical for Dr. Taryn; it's personal, it's precise, and it's why she's here.
