Kimberly Smith joins NDSC as the Volunteer Coordinator because she is passionate about volunteering and giving back to her community. She lives in Dallas with her husband and has over 30 years of volunteer experience in the Dallas area with many non-profit organizations. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University and worked in the multi-family real estate industry for over 35 years before joining NDSC.

Kimberly heart for volunteering and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, along with her attention to detail and organization, are a perfect balance to bring energy to our Volunteer Team and organization.

In her personal life, she loves to do Pilates, read, and spend time with her adult children, Andrew (25) and Mary Morgan (22).
